You can discuss the most suitable method for your artwork and order size with the team at Hidalgo. A minimum order quantity applies for personalised orders.

Product Specifications

The barrel bag has a cylindrical body with a main zip compartment running along the top. It typically includes at least one external pocket for quick access to smaller items. Carry options include a top handle and, depending on the variant, a detachable or adjustable shoulder strap. The bag is made from durable polyester or nylon, offering a good balance between weight and resistance to daily wear. Exact dimensions, material composition, and available colours are listed on the product page.

Delivery & Production

Standard colours and common sizes of the Original Barrel Bag are generally available for faster dispatch than custom or less common variants. Personalised orders with logo printing require additional production time, so it is advisable to plan your order well in advance of your event date.

Frequently Asked Questions – Custom Barrel Bag 35L Duffel

Can the Custom Barrel Bag 35L be personalised with a company logo?
Yes, this cylindrical sports bag is designed to be printed with your own logo or artwork, making it suitable for branded merchandise programmes and corporate giveaways. Browse our full fitness bags range to explore other personalised carry options alongside this barrel duffel.

Where on the barrel bag can a logo be placed, and what area is available for printing?
The main printable surface on this barrel holdall bag is the cylindrical body panel, which offers a wide, flat area well suited to logo application. Depending on the artwork size and shape, placement can be centred or offset along that panel.

What do I need to arrange if this barrel bag must be ready for a specific event date?
Because this is a printed barrel duffel with a custom logo, both artwork approval and production need to be completed before the bag can be dispatched, so the order should be placed with enough lead time to cover those steps. Confirming your final logo files and order quantities as early as possible helps avoid delays when a fixed handover date cannot move.

Which printing technique suits the material of this cylindrical gym bag?
The polyester or nylon surface of this barrel sports bag is typically compatible with screen printing or transfer techniques, both of which produce clean, durable results on synthetic fabric. Embroidery is less commonly applied to this type of cylindrical holdall due to the curvature of the surface, but suitability depends on the specific panel and artwork.

What factors determine the production lead time for a personalised barrel bag order?
Lead time for a custom gym barrel bag is influenced by the chosen print technique, the complexity of the artwork, and the overall order volume. Stock availability for the selected colour variant also plays a role, as less common options may require additional sourcing time before production can begin.

In what situations is the Custom Barrel Bag 35L typically used by organisations?
This round gym bag is commonly used as a branded item at sports clubs, fitness centres, trade fairs, and corporate events, where a compact yet functional sports duffle bag adds practical value for recipients. Organisations looking for a smaller format may also find the Mini Barrel Bag Custom Logo Print 10L Duffel a useful complementary option for the same campaign.
